A successful 90min full body massage session with my co worker ... her shoulders where the main complaint. I wish I would have thought to ask for picture consent when we started because both her shoulders were up by her ears! Here is a picture after I completed one side 😲... then both sides!!!! Dramatically different!!! Manual massage and guahsa muscle scraping at medium to firm pressure. We got her nervous system to relax first starting face up and ended with about 30 mins on her back and shoulders.

Starts this Thursday at 9am and will be a 5 week series. Come for 1 week or come for all of them. Normal drop in price or included in membership / packages. We will have a nice gentle flow to ease our minds and bodies then sit n discuss 1 yama and 1 niyama while we enjoy tea then finished with a nice guided mediation 💜🙏💜

Each week, you’ll be guided through a gentle flow, followed by meaningful conversation, tea, and a short meditation. A space to slow down, reflect, and connect with yourself and others.

Come for one week or stay for the full series, each class stands on its own.
