🙌 surgery, sometimes can be a helpful intervention, but in my experience, most people end up with more problems on top of the current one!

👉 even if you have 50% function you were guaranteeing you were going to zero hoping that you improve past 50% in the coming weeks.

👉 we should exhaust every non-invasive modality there is before deciding on surgery. Even nutritional and mental health changes.

☠️ don’t be fearmonger into surgery after a few rounds of failed physical therapy or an MRI result that shows something that might not be the source of your pain!

✅What we do:
👉 test and prove the source of pain
👉 treat it.

✅what you do:
👉 cancel unnecessary surgery.

🤣between the constant laughing of and the “I’m dying! Literally dead” comments by work is always a blast.

Even after a 3 hour red eye flight with a screaming child 😴😭

🧐why is this different than a massage?

🎯We all have movement patterns we have developed over time. Through life, sports, and exercise habits.

💪Working on balancing planes of motion with corrective exercise + Soft Tissue has a longer lasting effect.

🤔It’s not always straight forward. My client here has a puzzle that we were not able to fully correct and make last.

🥳I still see this as a win. Ruling things out is part of the process and takes time. Even for the best practitioners.
