Osage Tennis completed its first fall season this past weekend. Overall, our girls tennis team played outstanding matches against old and new opponents. We came away with improvements in our game play, our serves, our short game, and three team victories including two that came down to doubles wins to secure the win!
But I’d have to say the best part of the season was the team that was made. The four seniors of Ella, Mylie, Addie and Kylah demonstrated leadership and a commitment to tennis by working hard, having fun and supporting the team.
Lots of team memories made this season in bus and van rides to meets, team meals at restaurants and on our last road trip home from Western Dubuque we made a quick stop by the Field of Dreams.
This has certainly been a memorable first fall season!
