TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY
Meet Emily R
When Emily came to see me two years ago, she wanted to train 2 days a week, 30 minute sessions, just looking for some direction on weight loss and building muscle. We discussed a plan and before we knew it, she wanted more and was training 4-5 days/week, one hour sessions. Her commitment to her health, her dedication, and consistency have shown her what she is really made of.
She showed up on days when she’d rather skip, she was honest with herself and with me on how she was feeling, what she was eating, how she was living and moving outside of our sessions.
I am so proud of this girl! She is feeling stronger than eve. Not only has she shed 135 pounds, but also the weight of being stuck in a cycle that wasn’t suiting who she wanted to be in life: a healthy and energetic mom of two very active and busy kiddos.
And we aren’t done yet!! Keep watching this one - bigger transformation coming! This is all about body recomposition! 🙌🏼💪🏼 We aren’t living to be skinny, but to be STRONG!!!
