Shoutout to Maya, Athlete of the Week. We are incredibly proud of your commitment to the training program.

Most athletes use their competitive season as a reason to stop or slow down their training. Maya used it as a reason to be even more disciplined. She stuck to the training program IN-SEASON—finding time, making the adjustments, and holding the standard.

We keep hearing, “I don’t have time during my season.” Maya found the time. She executed the program when it mattered most. That’s not dedication; that’s discipline. That’s the difference between an athlete who peaks and one who consistently performs.

Congrats, Maya. Keep elevating. 📈
