Some days I’m locked in at the gym, other days I’m outside eating good and living a little… and honestly you need both.

Progress doesn’t come from being perfect, it comes from being consistent.

Back extensions can build your glutes… if you do them correctly.

Most people turn this into a lower back exercise without realizing it.

To make it glute focused:

• Slightly round your upper back
• Drive your hips into the pad
• Squeeze your glutes at the top

Small form changes make a huge difference.
