Great weekend at King Of The Mat youth nationals for EME. Couldn’t be happier for these kids and how they represented in New Hampshire. Our hard work, dedication in the practice room and support from our amazing wrestling family set us up for success. We brought home some really awesome hardware. Most importantly every wrestler learned something whether they placed on the podium or not. Out of state wrestling is a whole new world for some of these kids. It was impressive to see the growth from beginning of the season to now. Big thank you to all the parents and grandparents that made the trip down to be there. Without you this wouldn’t be possible.

Bridge The Gap Information:

Bib Pick-up & Day of Registration
Bib pick up and Day of Registration is on April 18th, starting at 7:30 AM at the Bucksport United Methodist Church 3 River Rd, Bucksport, Maine

There will be a shuttle to take you to Fort Knox
-Race Shuttle Bus will depart from the Bucksport United Methodist Church 3 River Rd, Bucksport at the following times:
8:15 AM
8:45 AM)
9:15 AM (LAST SHUTTLE)

Parking is available at Fort Knox. However, please note that there is NO shuttle service after the race.
You may have someone drop you off at Fort Knox, 740 Fort Knox Road, Prospect. The start line is just before the traffic light on Fort Knox Road.

The Bridge The Gap is on Saturday April 18, 2026. It includes the following events: Bridge The Gap 3 Mile and Bridge The Gap 10 Mile.

Good luck to These hammers today. Repping the state of Maine at the Tournament Of Champions in Lowell Massachusetts. Huge props to these kids and their parents for having still been wrestling after 7 PM last night, leaving Ellsworth high school and getting directly onto the road for a 4 Hour Dr. to Massachusetts to give their kids an opportunity of a lifetime.

Great night tonight for the EME middle school wrestling team. We have been practicing hard and putting the work in and tonight we were rewarded.

Special shout out to our 8th graders tonight. Thank you for your leadership and effort on and off the mat. Also thank you parents and community members for helping our kids continue to do the sport they love.
