Sauerkraut last slab to tech!

Really enjoyed progressing on this trail! I walked up this slab once or twice before and didn’t know if I could ride it!

One session of progression and I felt like I could ride it & with control. Happy to be on XTR brakes and maxxgrip tires when I push the limits. Love that feeling!

Someone really important to me said I shouldn’t lose my edge with my riding just because I’m no longer at world cups so I hired coach Nate Spitz and tackled a trail I’ve wanted to ride for 7+ years!!!!! 🥬🥬🥬🥬

Sourkraut is a piece of history here in Squamish. How good to be home and have time to do that.

I loved breaking down the trail and my aim was to ride everything with control and precision! Didn’t think I’d ride all of this, but Nate helped my process big time and we got it dialed on a very dry day!

Pics are from ‘02. My very first mountain bike: a Norco Bicycles Wolverine. I was 8 and already hyped on racing. Honorable mention to my choice of fender. Loved that thing.

Surprise! Back in the IG realm, now on a free ride bike, flat pedals, and riding the biggest ramp of my life!!

I’m happy to be joining Norco Bicycles as an ambassador!

Since deciding to step away from racing full time last year I had no idea how my relationship with biking was going to evolve. I’ve followed what makes me happy.

Coaching the Darkhorse academy and then riding in the SilverStar Bike Park invitational has been incredible. Can’t wait for the jam in Revy! 🐎

Thanks to all my friends for the love these past few months ♥️ No real plan of where we go next really but stoked to find out ☺️

After taking a *big* step back from social media lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about how I want to show up here.

And so far I think that my goal this year is to use social media to create more moments away from our screens. (The paradox we live in.)

More presence. More stories. More connection.
