You truly do not know how far you have come until you get a photo memory 😁 78 lbs down and 12 clothing sizes….6 years of hard work, not giving up on myself, pushing through hard times, and learning to love myself through the process.

I made a promise to myself six years ago there would not be anymore day ones and I refuse to go back on that promise!! YOU can do it too! Motivation turned into discipline. I will be sharing my whole story soon.
