Overall, really happy with the way we ran today. It was very hot, but we improved on both of our runs, which puts us in the middle of the pack.

Tomorrow is supposed to be cooler, so we’re looking forward to some 3.90 runs. Always love seeing all the fans out here at the ! Come on out, see the new Mongoose car, and stop by the pits and say hello! Currently qualified 11th.

Proud to unveil the 1976 Tom “the Mongoose” McEwen paint scheme! We waited 50 years to do this for the . The 50th anniversary of this scheme in 2026. It wasn’t the run we were looking for, but excited to get after it again. It was awesome to see all of the responses from the fans! Looking to do better tomorrow. Currently 16th.

We’re bringing his iconic 1976 Bicentennial paint scheme back to the track 50 years later, re-imagined by the original artist Kenny Youngblood.
