Some exciting news for some of our Lady O and Orangemen players who competed in the Knights of Columbus Free Throw contest! Each of these players won their local age division back in January and advanced to the state finals held yesterday. Great work Gavin B, Gavin C, Emma T, and Dylan Z! Gavin C and Emma T each placed 2nd in their age bracket and Dylan Z won 1st place in her age bracket.

We are proud of them all!

Once again the Amity High School Girls basketball team will be hosting a week-long half-day summer camp for girls in grades 3-8. The camp will be held at Amity High School the week of June 22nd. Due to gym availability the camp will run in the afternoon (1:30-4:30) this year. Registration opens today through the Woodbridge Rec department. We hope to see many of our Lady O players there!

And, that’s a wrap on the 2025-2026 winter travel season! We are incredibly proud of the effort, resilience, and commitment our athletes showed all season long. The players represented our program with energy and determination, and it was a joy to watch them develop their skills and confidence week after week.
We also want to thank all of our parents and families - None of this happens without your commitment and encouragement.
This year we made huge strides to build on the long history of Lady O and Orangemen to formalize as a real basketball community, Amity Travel Basketball. We are excited to continuing building on this success. In the next couple of weeks we will send out a final email message to families to formally wrap things up, including a link to a family feedback survey. We appreciate you all! Thanks for a great season! 🏀❤️
