Oakleaf Orcas Winter Swim Welcome to the Oakleaf Orcas Winter Swim Team! We offer fun, technique-focused swim training for swimmers ages 5-18 who pass a swim assessment.

Join us Tuesdays through Thursdays from 5:30–7:00 PM as we build confidence, improve strokes, and have fun!

Lightening is 2 miles out. Doesn't look like this will come over us by looking at the radar, but hold off going to the pool until I say practice is on please. I will monitor and let you know when to go to practice or will cancel around 6pm if still in the area

Due to the predicted forecast and lightening already in the area I am going to cancel practice tonight.
Next week we will have practice M,W,Th 5-7pm again.

Storm is moving away. I am heading back to the pool to swim from 630-730pm. See you there

I am here but the storm is getting closer. Lightening 5 miles out. Swim on hold till storm passes and lightening is atleast 10 miles out. I will keep you updated. I am going home and will come back if we swim.

Looking at the radar I am canceling swim for tonight. This is going to be a big storm and I don't want anyone to get stuck walking to their car in it shortly after we start practice.
We will swim M-Th next week 5-7pm to hopefully make up for the missed day.

Practice is cancelled due to weather tonight!

Swim is on hold due to thunder and lightning. I will keep you updated as to if we will be swimming if it clears or if I will cancel. If canceling I will do it by 6pm.

Practice cancelled for tonight due to weather. The radar doesn't show it clearing until after 8pm. See everyone tomorrow.
