Practice begins on July 28th, for all OHS students looking to join the swim team!

Coach Sam and Coach Jack will be confirming location and schedule for the first two weeks before school starts. Current plan is:

July 28, Monday thru August 1, Friday
8am to 10am

August 2 thru end of the season
3-5 pm everyday M-F

Practice is open for the first two weeks as long as the students has completed their athletic clearance before the time they start their practice.

Hey OHS Swimming Knights and hopefuls!
Practices will begin on July 29th at the Oakleaf Phase 2 competition pool! That first week will be from 8-10am; the following week we go to our normal 3-5pm schedule. You must have completed your athletic clearance! No exceptions but if you have, then you are welcome to swim. Final rosters will be determined by time trials August 14-16th.
