The 4-7-8 breathing technique is designed to help calm your nervous system and slow your mind when your body is tired but your brain won’t stop talking.

Here’s how:
inhale for 4
hold for 7
exhale for 8

Repeat for 4 rounds before bed or anytime you wake up in the middle of the night and can’t fall back asleep.

It’s simple, grounding, and surprisingly effective 🤍🌙
