Two Men Shot Outside Montgomery County Courthouse in Clarksville including social media personality Dalton Eatherly, known online as “Chud the Builder,” according to authorities.

Law enforcement responded shortly after 1:15 p.m. to reports of shots fired in Millennium Plaza outside the courthouse. The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and Clarksville Police Department quickly secured the scene and temporarily locked down the courthouse.

According to District Attorney General Robert J. Nash, the preliminary investigation indicates there was a confrontation between Eatherly and another man that escalated into gunfire. Both men sustained gunshot wounds and were transported for medical treatment.

The shooting comes just days after Eatherly was arrested in Nashville on theft and disorderly conduct charges.
