Oologah’s Maddyson McElhenny travelled this weekend to attend the Carl Albert prospect camp. We love seeing our girls put in the extra work! Added bonus to run into Oologah Girls Wrestling Alumni in the process.

Wrestling Booster Club meeting at 4:15 PM on Sept. 30 followed by our mandatory girls wrestling parent meeting at 5:30 PM. Both in the OMS commons.

Huge shout out to our girl wrestlers and parents that helped run the football concession stand last night! I wish I had gotten some pictures of everyone in action, but we were too busy to pause! Events like that help us pay for tournament entries, giving our girls some great opportunities to compete through the season.

Thank you to everyone that has signed up so far. We are still in need of student workers for the 2nd-Half shift at the concession stand.

Our Fall fundraiser for Oologah Girls Wrestling is working the home-side concession stand at the football game on Sept. 4. We need 6 kids and at least 2 adults per shift. The school year has started, and we are already excited for the season to start! It takes a village to make each season a success. Our first team fundraiser is Sept. 4th. We will be working the home-side concession stand at the opening football game. This fundraiser goes toward covering team entry fees for our season tournaments.

Congratulations to Oologah’s Piper Morton on winning the final match of her high school career last night at the OCA Allstate Dual! Wishing her the best of luck as she now focuses on her college wrestling career.

For all those that signed up for the STANG Summit tomorrow, please meet at the upper elementary storm shelter at 2:30 PM for registration (the time was adjusted again due to a scheduling error with one of the speakers). You will get a t-shirt, notebook and pen for notes, and dinner is provided. Excited for all you ladies will be learning!
