Play is important. Tuning into our inner child is important. Doing things that don’t feel super serious is important.

But all that aside, bringing inversions into your daily life can greatly impact your overall health and longevity!

And the coolest part is…. inversions are for every body! There are passive, gentle inversion variations. And there are advanced, strength building inversions.

We will cover it all in the Intro to Inversions workshop I’m offering at April 18th. 🤸‍♂️ Pre registration is required as numbers are limited. Gravity is straining. Let’s defy it together 👋

To some of the new followers here, hi 👋
I’m Elena Tonietto. I was born in the Carpathian Mountains in Romania but Canada has been my home for 30 years now. I’m a wife, a mom and now a Buni (grandma) 🥰

I’m new to the North Bay area, but I’m not new to the health and fitness world. I’ve been a personal trainer, fitness, and Pilates instructor for over 25 years. Health and fitness is my *passion*.

About 5 years ago, my son and daughter moved up to North Bay, and my husband and I recently followed so we could be close to our 6 (!!) beautiful grandchildren and step into our full-time grandparent era 🤍

Coming here meant leaving behind my business, , which was my baby for 20 years. I offered a variety of classes, with Pilates and outdoor bootcamps at the heart of it all. I miss my NU-U family so much but excited to grow the NU-U family here in the North!

Now, I’m slowly building a new community here through Pilates, and I’m so excited to share my love for movement in all its forms—helping you become the healthiest, strongest version of yourself.
