I'm sorry to announce to all you mamas, that I'm moving on to my next adventure, and will no longer be putting on my barre class 🩷 I have started pilates instructor training! Balancing the many many practice, observation, and teaching hours while still being a SAHM has captured time. Once I complete the training I plan to start working, as my daughter will be off to Kindergarten soon, and my years of staying home will come to an end. I have enjoyed putting this class on so much, and being part of all your fitness journeys. I hope to catch you in a pilates class soon 😘🩷🩷🩷

Another great way to get a workout a bring your little ones! I do a monthly class at Playful Pines.

This months class will NOT be barre, but just as effective of a workout! Prices are $15 per kid, $10 per mom. Discount for siblings. You get your workout, they get to play for 2 whole hours in an amazing nature based playspace!
