UPDATE: OFC 137: UPRISING HAS BEEN CANCELLED

It is with great disappointment that I announce the cancellation of OFC 137: Uprising.

The responsibility for this cancellation rests solely with me. During the promotion and planning process, I overlooked a critical requirement regarding the securing of local law enforcement personnel for the event. While we had arranged for officers from a neighboring jurisdiction, I was informed that they could not serve in an official uniformed capacity within the City of Hastings.

Yesterday, I was notified of this issue and worked diligently to find a solution. Despite our efforts, we were unable to secure the required number of uniformed Hastings police officers by the deadline set by the Nebraska State Athletic Commission. Without the necessary law enforcement presence, the event could not proceed.

I sincerely apologize to our fighters, coaches, sponsors, staff, vendors, and fans who have invested their time, energy, and support into this event. This was an oversight on my part, and I take full responsibility for the outcome.

Thank you to everyone who supported OFC 137. We appreciate your understanding and hope to earn your continued support.

If you bought a ticket to the event online, I have already started the refund process to the card you used. If you bought your ticket from an athlete or from a vendor, please reach out to them for a refund. Thank you again.
