Hey Team,
First off, I want to give a massive shoutout to each and every one of you for the incredible start we've had to this season. The energy you've been bringing to the first week of practice is nothing short of inspiring. Let's keep that fire burning!
Now, onto some adjustments. Unfortunately, Mother Nature seems to have other plans for us, so it looks like we'll be taking our talents indoors next week. Here's the rundown:
Sunday, March 24: Optional workout from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM (Workout and Swing practice)
Monday, March 25: 5:00 - 5:45 PM Team workout in the weight room, followed by 5:45 - 7:15 PM Team Practice in the gym.
Tuesday, March 26: 2:45 - 4:15 PM Team Practice in the gym.
Wednesday, March 27: 5:00 - 5:45 PM Team workout in the weight room, then 5:45 - 7:15 PM Team Practice in the gym.
Thursday, March 28: 4:15 PM - 5:45 Team Practice in the gym.
Friday, March 29: 2:45 PM - 4:15 PM Team Practice in the gym, followed by 4:15 - 5:00 PM Team workout in the weight room
Please remember to bring all your softball gear daily, including a mask, glove, and water bottle. Let's ensure we're fully prepared to make the most of our indoor practices.
Remember, champions aren't made during the games; they're made during the countless hours of practice, sweat, and determination when no one is watching. Each rep, each swing, and each sprint brings us one step closer to our goals.
Let's embrace this indoor schedule with the same enthusiasm and dedication we've shown the first week. We're a team, and together, there's nothing we can't achieve.
