March 9th, 2023. In great mid-western style and although it is officially spring, it's a cold and rainy day. Ashleigh and I recently finished a great book by James Smith called "Not Another Diet Book". I'd highly recommend as this is a great read (or listen) for not only fitness enthusiasts, but anyone simply wanting to better themselves. Obviously, this book contains a plethora of information on fitness, nutrition, workout do's and don'ts, myths, etc. However, it also a great backdrop for setting and achieving goals in the gym and in life....
