Meet Steven “Poppi” Jones!

Poppi has been with Prodigy since the very beginning, dating back to our founding days in 2020. As a true Day One player, he’s grown alongside this organization and has never switched up.

What makes Poppi special is his willingness to do whatever the team needs. He’s not afraid to embrace any role, puts the team first, and simply loves the game. His commitment to getting better and his passion for basketball have been incredible to watch.

The growth we’ve seen from Poppi over the years with both Prodigy Blue and the Legynds 2032 squad has been nothing short of amazing. He’s put in the work, stayed loyal to the process, and continues to elevate his game.

Watch out for this young man—his best basketball is still ahead of him.

Meet DJ Reynolds!

A Day One of Prodigy Blue 2033, DJ has been with us since 2022. He’s still learning the game and developing his skills, but his effort and commitment never waver.

We call him our slow bloomer. Many overlook him now, but don’t sleep on him—especially when he’s open in the corner.

Keep working, DJ. Your time is coming, and one day you’re going to surprise a lot of people.

Meet Kanon Sexton!

Locked in with Prodigy Blue since Winter 2024, Kanon is one of the originals of our 2032 squad. Don’t let his size fool you—he’ll lock you up on defense and make you earn every bucket.

Need a big shot? Kanon is our sniper. When the game is on the line and a clutch three is needed, he’s always ready to step up.

His confidence, toughness, and work ethic make him a key part of what we do.

Meet Cortez Bledsoe!

Also known as the “7th grader playing down”—at least according to one coach who couldn’t believe a true 6th grader was dominating the way Cortez does.

Cortez has been with us for three years, and we’ve watched him grow into a true athlete and competitor. He’s the type of player who will battle an entire team for rebounds and never back down from a challenge.

What makes us most proud isn’t just his talent—it’s seeing how much he’s grown to love the game of basketball. His confidence, toughness, and willingness to work have taken his game to another level.

Whether he’s suiting up for Prodigy Blue or Legynds 2032, Cortez brings energy, grit, and that big dawg mentality every time he steps on the floor.

Keep working, Cortez. The sky is the limit for you.

Meet Jeter Ramirez!

A Prodigy Blue OG since Winter 2024, Jeter is the definition of silent but deadly. He doesn’t say much—he just lets his game do the talking.

Leave him open and he’ll make you pay with back-to-back threes. Smooth, confident, and consistent, Jeter has become one of the most accurate shooters on our 6th Grade Prodigy Blue squad.

His growth over the years has been incredible to watch, and we’re proud of the player and teammate he’s becoming.

Meet Davin! 🔥🏀

Davin is one of our 5th Grade Prodigy Blue 2033 guards and has been locked in with us for the past year. He’s still learning the game, but what stands out most is his drive to improve every day.

His attitude, effort, and willingness to be coached set him apart. Davin shows up ready to work, embraces challenges, and continues to grow both on and off the court.

The future is bright for this young man, and we’re excited to continue watching his development!
