AUG 24th & 26th - Volleyball Lessons
Passing: 8/24 at 6pm: learn skills though transitions, tracking, and reading serve receive and defense
Serving: 8/24 at 715pm: all levels. focused on putting power behind the stand float, work on/improve your jump float or pick up a top spin
Setting: 8/26 at 6pm: skill regarding footwork, hand placement, and body alignment.
Hitting: 8/26 at 715:fine tuning footwork, timing, and aggressive attacks. Must be able to reach both hands above the net when block.
Intermediate level w/ 1+ club vb experience
ages 13 & up (boys 13/14's welcome)
