Core challenge starts Friday the 7th

*Leg Raise With hip lift*

Beginner 30 per day
Intermediate 40 per day
Advanced 50 per day

This movement is a great way to strengthen that core glutes and hip flexors !
We might have a lil less visible results here but the strength building will be on point.

Tips
*If you don't work core often start with the 30 per day for a week move up to 40 for a week then 50 for the last two weeks .

*Break them up in smaller sets throughout the day..

*Record and share or just post your progress to help keep us all motivated and moving. ( not required just a lil fun)

*Have fun with it. Remember you don't HAVE to do them you GET to do them
