Showing up has been difficult lately. Feelings of inadequacy. Feelings of guilt. Feelings of shame. Inability to see my worth. I show up for people all the time. But I've stopped showing up for myself.

Coaches need coaches too! Working on my inner beliefs are what is going to shift things. I know this to be true because it's worked in the past.

My sweet friend Shawn - Intuitive Hypnotherapist & Coach is one person who helps with this. Her skills and practice are one of the tools in my toolbox.

Sending you and your loved ones the happiest of holiday seasons, whether you celebrate anything or just enjoying some time off. Remember to always take care of yourself and just because can do hard things doesn't mean you should do them (all the time). You deserve rest.
