Meet the advisory council
Dawn Grant is the owner of Amelia Sh***un Sports and a globally recognized mental performance trainer and board-certified hypnotherapist with over 25 years of experience helping athletes perform at their highest level. Since 1994, she has worked with Olympians, World Champions, Hall of Famers, PGA TOUR professionals, youth athletes, and weekend competitors worldwide.

Dawn developed a proprietary framework that teaches athletes how to access “the zone” on command, strengthening confidence, focus, and composure under pressure. She is the host of Clay Mastermind Podcast: Mental Excellence & Industry Insights and creator of the Mind Mastered app. She proudly serves on the advisory board of the Florida Youth Sporting Clays Association.

Grace Callahan
Starting out hunting, and exploring a little in Olympic Bunker trap in high school, I soon learned that sporting clays would become my priority and main interest out of all the shooting sports! SCTP played a major role in my shooting career. I was on the varsity team and all four year of high school we went to Nationals in Sparta, Illinois. I won Lady Championship of my division all four years! I have recently expressed some interest in 3 gun and I would like to see where the future may possibly take me in that discipline.

Residence/Hometown: I was born, raised, and still live in Branchburg, NJ
Where do you work? I am currently the Shooting Promotions Manager for Syren USA, and I own and operate Grace Callahan LLC where I offer professional training and instruction in sh***un sports (Sporting Clays, FITASC, Trap, S***t).
Do you give shooting instruction? Yes, see above. I currently hold NSCA Level 1, NSSA Level 1, Range Safety Officer, and NRA Basics Certifications.

Meet our advisory board
Jereme 'JP' Tayamen is the creator and driving force behind The Clay Lab, a media platform dedicated to the world of clay target sports. Jereme believes in the positive attributes of competitive shooting, media production, and community building within the sh***un sports industry.

A passionate sporting clays competitor and Master Class shooter starting back in 2021, Jereme has spent the last few years immersed in the discipline, developing both technical skill and a deep appreciation for the culture surrounding clay target sports. His experiences on the range inspired him to create a platform that highlights the people, equipment, and knowledge that shape the sport.

Through The Clay Lab, Jereme produces a wide range of content including educational videos, podcasts, and articles focused on sporting clays, trap, s***t, and related sh***un disciplines. The platform serves as a collaborative space where champion shooters, coaches, industry professionals, and enthusiasts can share insight and experiences from across the sport.

Based in Tampa, Florida, Jereme balances competing at a high-level, media production, and professional commitments as an Active-Duty United States Marine Corps Officer. Jereme’s work reflects a genuine dedication to helping the sport grow while documenting the stories and innovations that define it. His interviews with champion shooters, instructors, and industry leaders have helped showcase the depth and diversity of the clay target world.

Jason Rambo
I grew up hunting and shooting a little trap. In 1995, I went with my dad to a little conservation club in Ohio. I was hooked! I shot with my dad every weekend for another 5 years, until the fall of 2000, when I left to pursue racing. I came back to the sport in 2015. I now bounce between Master and AA class. I am the host of The Dead Pair Podcast, Owner of Clay Range Design Works, Vice President of the Ohio Sporting Clays Association, NRA life member, NSCA life member. I am committed to help grow the sport that i love so much!
