It’s with deep sadness to announce that we will be unable to open registration for this spring soccer session. We will however be offering some soccer clinic sessions late spring. If you wish to play soccer this spring, you must sign up with the Shelby Youth Soccer league. Thank you for your understanding.

Practice for this evening 4/17 have been canceled due to foul weather. Pictures and games Sunday as planned. Please arrive 45 minutes early to get individual and team pictures. Team missing shorts, I have them and will get them to your coach.

Once again I want to say thank you to all that registered for spring soccer. We are in the final stages of getting Coaches lined up with teams. I wanted to provide everyone with some much anticipated dates. Uniforms have been ordered and should be in my hands by the end of the month. Just like last year we will not be having any practice or games during spring break. Also the campus will be shut down on 4/7 and 4/8 due to the solar eclipse. We will have mandatory meeting at the High School Performing arts center on 4/9/24 @ 6:00pm. Prior to the meeting please clink on the link for Lindsay's Law. Parents / guardians and youth athletes must watch the required video, and print and sign the required signature form. If you are able to do so, please turn in at the meeting.

Practices will start on 4/10/24 - SHS grass soccer field
5:00 pm - 3/4th & 5th/6th teams
6:00 pm - 1st / 2nd grade teams

Games will be played on Sundays......with the last game being played on Wednesday the 29th. There will be no Sunday game on 5/26 due to graduation, so it was moved to the 29th.

Sunday game times:
2:00 pm - 3rd / 4th & 5th / 6th
3:00 pm - 1st / 2nd grade teams
Wednesday final game -
5/29 - 5:00pm - 3rd/4th & 5th/6th
6:00pm - 1st / 2nd

Spring soccer registration is closed! If you did not register, please check back with us next spring. If you registered please check the whippet soccer league website, and click on 2024 teams to make sure your child is listed. I will be posting some important dates early this week, as well as practice and game schedules. We will have a mandatory meeting to be held at SHS prior to the beginning of the season.
