Monday marked our final Summer Open Mat, and we wrapped it up the best way we know how, with games, laughs, and a well-earned treat.

This summer was one to remember. We had our biggest Open Mat turnout yet, and these girls showed up ready to work every week. They pushed each other, improved their skills, and continued to raise the standard of our program.

We can’t wait to see it pay off this season. Bring on 2026-27.

What an incredible way to wrap up our Powderpuff Flag Football Camp!

Today was all about putting hard work into action as the young ladies showcased the skills they learned all week during our championship games. Watching their confidence grow, seeing their teamwork shine, and cheering them on from the sidelines made this week unforgettable.

To our campers, thank you for choosing to spend your time with us. Your energy, effort, and willingness to learn made coaching an absolute blast. We hope you leave with new skills, new friendships, and an even greater love for the game.

A huge thank you to all of our amazing coaches, sponsors, parents, and everyone who helped make this camp a success. We couldn’t have done it without your time, support, and dedication.

We’re so proud of every girl who stepped onto the field this week. Keep working hard, keep believing in yourselves, and never stop competing.

11 Ogallala girls are in Kearney this week for the Blue & Gold Team Camp alongside more than 850 wrestlers from across the region.

Over the next 4 days they’ll be:
• Learning from top coaches and wrestlers
• Competing in duals and a takedown tournament
• Building skills, confidence, and team chemistry
• Having plenty of fun along the way

We are proud of these girls for investing in themselves and their development this summer.

In pursuit of greatness, the OHS girl wrestlers traveled to North Platte to participate in a high-level camp with 308 Wrestling Academy, where they successfully tested their limits, refined their skills, and made unforgettable memories on the mat and the beach, thanks to Jake and the wonderful 308 girls for an unforgettable experience.
