🚨REGISTRATION INFO🚨
When you register, it will not ask you for a payment right away. Whenever you are put on the team you requested, SportsEngine will send you an invoice.
That invoice needs to be paid right away in order to save your spot.

Sometimes we don’t always get to put you on the roster instantly. We go through and sort them when we can, as quickly as possible.

We’ve had quite a bit of messages and we’d like to address most of the topics here so, everyone is aware.

Registration will open up February 1st of 2025 for the next season. Registration will be done through SportsEngine. As the time gets closer, we will announce how to register, pricing etc.

Coaches - We will be reaching out to you sometime after December 1st to touch bases on several topics.
There will be a mandatory coaches meeting in January. If you are not local from Odessa/Midland - you’ll be sent your information folder through mail and the meeting will be done by a live video call.

New teams - We are still accepting new teams. We will be announcing some more new teams the end of next week.
We will also have a bracket of each age division on what teams are in that division and where each team is from.

Returning/New players - If you are a returning player or a new player, you are able to jump on an early roster now to save your spot on a specific team. If you’d like to do this, please send us a message and we will get you in contact with that head coach for the team you’re inquiring about.

Registration cost - When registering your player, you’ll pay the league fee which is $50 per player only to the league. Each coach from each team will collect uniform money and will order uniforms for the team from whichever vendor they prefer to do so. When we post registration information, we will have a list of all teams and what they are charging for uniforms. Some teams might only have 1 uniform, while others might have 2 (home and away).

All games will be played in Midland, Tx for the majority of them. There will be some teams who will travel to Amarillo as this year we have several different Amarillo teams.

The anticipation has been killing me… so, out of the bag comes our 2025 game schedule for our second season.

- - Registration will open up on February 1st, 2025. Registration information will be posted as the time gets closer. We will be having THREE age divisions this go around.

⭐️ 12-13 (11 year olds can play up with parents permission)

⭐️ 16-17

Second season we are planning for BIGGER and BETTER things…. 💪

Our player registration fee is $50.00 per player which will be due when you register your player. Once your player is registered for whichever team you choose, your teams headcoach will collect uniform money and schedule a uniform fitting to get players uniforms ordered. All uniforms will be ordered through the vendor the coach chooses.

💍 MVP rings we are happy to announce will still be given out after each game to both teams MVPS. This next season we will not be giving just one ring out, but we will be giving TWO MVP rings out for each game. One will go to the offense MVP and the other ring will go to the defense MVP.

🗓️ Game days have changed from just one game night a weekend to two game nights a weekend. We made this schedule adjustment so that this gives our players, coaches, parents the opportunity to travel more for family vacations, to have some time off during the summer, etc. Our 2025 schedule will be game night on Friday nights and game night on Saturday nights one weekend, then the next weekend off.
Each team is guaranteed 6 regular season games.

We have lots of fun things in store for this second go around. We hope you and your family join us for some hard hitting football action next year!

West Texans will be joining with all three age divisions.

12-13 division will be out of ANDREWS, TX
14-15 division will be out of ANDREWS, TX
16-17 division will be out of ODESSA/MIDLAND, TX

If you want to be apart of the West Texans, send our page a message and we will get you in contact with the coach. Andrews teams will fill up fast as we had a ton of interest this past season, but currently had no team out of Andrews.
