Stick n Puck times for this weekend & Youth hockey nightly sessions begin Monday! We will see everyone next week😁. We are excited to get this 26/27 season rolling🏒. Have a great rest of the week.

A Great start to the 2026/27 travel hockey season for our Jr Jacks teams at leveling tournament this past weekend in Dallas. All 3 teams made the final 4 and played on Monday😁. Congratulations to our 10u team who took the Championship back to West Texas defeating Houston 4-2 in the finals, it made the 5 hour drive and late night worth it.

It’s Amazing to see our Culture grow over the years. Thanks to our amazing coaches & families, I appreciate ya’ll so much!

*Stick n Puck is tonight at 6 pm. We will offer Stick n Puck this upcoming weekend. I will post it this week.

* I’ve included our weekly schedule on this post through December. Some changes could occur, we will communicate if needed. We begin Next Monday.Schedule is also on your SportsEngine😁. Big Thanks to Kevin. He does ALL our Admin stuff and just does amazing job getting us ready.

* We are going over groups this week, we could be moving a few kids around. We will discuss and make changes if needed this month.

* Travel teams will practice Saturday, coaches have been sent the times and will communicate.

We’re ready for the next 8 months, It’s going to be a great season.

Good morning Jr Jacks. We’re just about ready to get our weekly night sessions started. We will begin September 14th! In the meantime The Ice Den will offer 4 stick n pucks🏒. Your schedule will be posted on your SportsEngine account. I will also post on Facebook right after Labor Day weekend.
Big Shoutout to Kevin for getting our schedule together, we appreciate all the time you put into our Organization bud.
On your first night we will hand out Jersey, socks and have a quick parent meeting to educate everyone on the season🙂. Our groups are almost full, still few spots left if anyone wants to join. We will also be evaluating players incase we need to move a player or 2 up to a group. We want to make sure your player is in the proper group where they will grow and develop this season.

This Weekend: Best of luck to our Travel Teams who will be in Dallas this upcoming weekend for leveling
Tournament. Be proud and wear your Jr Jacks merch all over the metroplex🙂.

Happy Friday Jr Jacks ! Here’s updated schedule for weekend. We cancelled Stick n Puck tomorrow as Jacks have an Intersquad game at 1 pm. Be a perfect opportunity to get a look at our new Jacks players. Skill sessions will remain the same tomorrow and Sunday. Stick N Puck will remain the same time on Sunday 😁. Have a great weekend.

Skills this weekend 🏒When you arrive please make sure you sign in and Venmo -Iceden. Our youth hockey coaches will be running the skill sessions the next 2 weekends. I’ve also included the stick n puck schedule for this month.
Anybody that can skate and has hockey gear can attend skills and stick n puck😁.
We will be emailing all the players that registered for Jr Jacks at the end of the month. Sessions begin in September and go til April.
We will post schedule and all information here on our FB page.

Happy Friday Jr Jacks . Posting 3 informational flyers. Now that everyone is back in school or close to it, this weekend til August 16th we are offering the daytime stick n puck.
We are offering All Ages stick n puck a few nights a week and skills sessions with coach the 2nd half of August. Plenty of opportunities to stay on the ice this month before we begin after Labor Day.
Please remember we share the ice with Adult league, skate school, figure skaters and we started travel practices. That’s a lot to work around and we’ve done a tremendous job this summer.
Next week I will post what the season will look like on weekdays for groups. You still have time to sign up, jerseys are ordered, coaches are set and will be ready to rock!
Good Luck to our 10,12&14u teams traveling to Amarillo today as they will play a few pre season games before leveling tournament. Safe travels😁

All coaches and team managers please be at rink tomorrow for meeting. If you’re interested in coaching come to the meeting. I’ve heard from most, we will meet upstairs at the Ice Den.

I will post Monday the 2nd half of August.

Stick n Puck schedule will remain the same first half of the month. We will post 2nd part of August this week as kiddos will be back in school. Second half of August we will add some skills sessions and Stick n Pucks at night on selected days.
We will have a coaches meeting August 9th. If you are coaching, helping coach or wanting to help,come to the meeting. We will go over our groups for the season, times and expectations along with making sure you have the proper classes and your registered.

If you want to stay cool, We have Public Skating this weekend 3-5 pm at the Ice Den ($20).

LTP- Our last Learn to Play sessions are this weekend 10-11 am. We have had a lot of fun with these kiddos & everyone now is off skating Aids😁. Kids are doing great! I will have a parent meeting Sunday and explain how to sign up for Odessa Jr Jacks hockey.

Last week at the Ice Den, we were able to do a clinic for an older group. All players again repped the #15 on their sleeves. I always love telling the story why Hunter was our captain.
A lot of these players come each year from out of town and give everything they got. We’ve been teaching them since they were little ones. We Had so much fun spending the mornings with them and it’s amazing to see how everyone has grown into great young men and women.
Everyone was great and worked so hard. Thanks to Eric for the great week. You’re one of the best around bud . Oh and Coach Scotty made a special appearance 😁. TY pal. Oh and can’t forget to Thank Adam. He’s Always Zamming first thing in the morning & helping these players.
I truly Love the West Texas Culture we’ve all created.

Lastly I will be posting August schedule for Stick n Puck and we will be offering skills. Just coordinating when school starts etc.. I’ll have it out next week.
