Artemis does Gravity Vault: Indoor rock climbing

Coach Shawnee has been working on getting everyone out climbing for so long and Friday night it happened. It was so much fun watching members yell at Coach Hayden, and De crush wall after wall.

Thanks for organizing this, and to all the members who came out. I think all of us realized what functional strength and conditioning is and why we program farmers carries in our workouts.

Because of your generosity, a lot of kids are going to have a brighter holiday this year. Every toy donated, every bag dropped off, every “I’ll grab one on my way” added up in a big way.
