Why is it so hard to get back into routine when things change? 😩

Today was my first time working out in 3 weeks. I’ve been figuring out my kids’ morning routine and had to take some things off my plate to keep from getting overwhelmed.

Now that we’re good, I’m going to start getting to bed earlier, waking up early and getting my workout in before they go to school. This has always worked best for me and it’s time to prioritize my health again.

I need all the encouragement I can get, so please send some love ❤️❤️❤️

Day 2 of Oceans Calling! Today we healed our inner 2000s kids with Natasha Bedingfield, Franz Ferdinand, En Vogue, and Good Charlotte who brought in Sum 41!

Unfortunately it rained most of the day and we had to call it quits early after getting soaked, but still had a blast!
