iStroll Ocala is a family-friendly fitness community that combines functional strength training, cardio, and connection for parents and caregivers. While many people assume we are a walking group, iStroll is actually a full-body HIIT-style bootcamp designed to accommodate all fitness levels, with children welcome to participate, play nearby, or ride in a stroller.

Our mission is to help families prioritize their physical and mental well-being while building meaningful relationships within the community. Classes focus on strength, endurance, mobility, and real-life functional fitness in a supportive, judgment-free environment.

Beyond fitness, iStroll Ocala serves as a community hub where local families can connect, form friendships, support one another, and discover family-focused resources and businesses throughout the area. 🧡

Join us for our monthly Coffee & Play meetup!

On the last Friday of every month, we’ll meet at Sipping Grounds Midtown Station at 9:30 AM for coffee, conversation, and community before heading over to Tuscawilla Park for the kids to play.

This is one of our favorite ways to slow down, connect with other local families, and let the kids enjoy some unstructured outdoor fun.

✨ No workout.
✨ No pressure.
✨ Just community.

Whether you’re an iStroll member, a homeschool family, a stay-at-home parent, working remotely, or simply looking for connection, you’re welcome here.
