California Football Academy offers fun youth sports programs. Register for our fun flag football program for youths and teens in our community. We run 2 season of Flag Football - Fall and Spring. Our flag football league is designed for youths ages 4 through 16. We will host several Flag Football tournaments, camps, and other events. Be a part of CFA and Play Like A Champion!

Such a fun Mother’s Day workout this Saturday at Freedom High! 💪🌸

Huge thank you to Coach Lexy at LG4Fitness and our amazing coaches Javier, Kyle, and Joe for taking the time to help get our moms moving, motivated, and feeling strong.

And Coach/DJ Joe “Niner Empire” absolutely brought the energy with heart-pounding music that kept everyone going all morning long. Some of us couldn’t stop dancing… even during the scrimmage 😂

Really fun times, ladies!! So proud of every single one of you who came out, participated, and made it such a great day. ❤️
