Anyone else struggle to hit their macros during the day🤷🏾‍♀️??

My solution? Lots of protein and healthy snacks.

I started incorporating meal replacement shakes and snacks in my everyday routine in 2013 and it has definitely done wonders for my body. Throughout my day I focus on my protein intake. I keep my protein powder with me. I love mixing it with my coffee and Oat milk for a breakfast and happy hour drink.

Being SIP is has been a blessing as it has allowed me to focus more on my protein intake and keeps me on track. If you struggle to hit your macros during the day, feel free to reach out! I can share some resources and some of my tips on the protein powders and meal replacements that I use!
