1st will receive $606
2nd will receive $303
3rd will receive $101

First place is locked up but 4 people are still alive for 2nd and 3rd place finishes!

I think we have 2 open spots left, if anyone knows a player looking to get more basketball experience. 12U Boys and 14U Boys. We may consider one more 15-17U Boy as well. Practice is starting very soon.

We are at 50 brackets so far! Find your Defenders player to join in!!! Last year's winner got $750. This year I am predicting over $1,000.

You're about to have a Defender Basketball Player ask you if you want to buy a bracket! Go ahead and join in on the fun! You may not get rich off of it, but it will make the tournament that much more exciting. It also helps out a player wanting to improve their basketball skills and get more time on the court!

17U Boys, 16U Boys, 15U Boys, 14U Boys, 12U Boys, and 15U Girls are all looking to fill their rosters in the next 5-10 days.

(13U Boys and 13U Girls are likely full)

If you have interest in playing Spring/Summer Basketball, please reach out before it is too late! Many of these teams just have 1 or 2 spots remaining.

10 Defenders Boys are playing for a trip to State today! Many more if you count the kids joining this Spring/Summer.

Leave it all out on the floor! You've put in the extra time and hard work. Now you get the opportunity to do something that very few get to experience.

2026 March Madness Selection is just over 2 weeks away. With the success of last year, we are bringing back our Bracket fundraiser!
This is how it will work: The player or family will "sell" entries into the bracket challenge. Venmo or cash will be accepted and then you will give them the code to enter. $10 of every sale will be taken off of that player's individual fees! I think everyone I know does a March Madness Bracket. Why not help do it for a good cause?

The time between Selection Sunday and games happens fast. So this will be a fast moving fundraiser. Our players will have details on how to sign up in about a week!

Last years first place winner received $750! Our program then had just 40 players and this year we should have 72! Our highest selling player also saved over $300 on their team fees!

Some of our teams are filled! However, many still have open spots. We actively recruit at all levels instead of having tryouts. However, reaching out, to see if your son or daughter would be a good fit, is encouraged!

What do you get at Defenders that you don't at these other programs?
1. Skill Development Focused Practices: Yes we scrimmage and work on plays, just like everyone else. However, our main focus at every practice is to improve individual skills both offensively and defensively.
2. Playing Time: We only take 8 players per team. That leaves plenty of playing time for everyone in every game.
3. Coaches: Our coaches get to know every player. They are experienced at a high level or get extra guidance from one of our top coaches from another team. Yes, as we are expanding, we are adding more coaches to the mix. However, we are adding some of the best. I also oversee every team and I am very hands on with the process.
4. Cost: Our cost this year is $750. Our average competitor is between $1,500-$2,000. Our players still get a personalized jersey, warmup shirt, UA Team Bag, and 5 Tournaments.
5. The Defenders Experience: Ours is unlike any other. We work our tournament schedules around each family. We change our team ranking for each tournament to get the best experience of equal competition that we can. We learn and grow together. That is why we have a huge return rate. The kids love playing here and they come back year after year.
