Day Camp Week 1 Lunch Form

The form to order lunch for Week 1 is attached. Lunch cannot be purchased on a daily basis, but rather paid in full for the week. Completed lunch forms and payment (cash or check written to SAO) can be dropped off at the Oakland Senior Center (20 Lawlor Drive) on Monday, June 22 from 5:30-7:00pm. If you cannot make it on Monday, please drop off the form and payment in an envelope marked "Day Camp Lunch Form" in the recreation mailbox at the Senior Center anytime between now and Monday. Emailed lunch forms will not be accepted. No lunch forms for Week 1 will be accepted after Monday, June 22nd.

Day Camp Registration

As we continue planning for the upcoming summer camp season, we are aligning our staffing with current registration numbers to maintain appropriate group sizes and a positive experience for all campers.

If you are considering joining us, please keep the following in mind:

Register Early: We strongly encourage you to register now so we can plan effectively and accommodate as many campers as possible.

Waitlist: Registrations received after May 15 will be placed on a waitlist.

Final Review: After May 15, we will complete a final review of registration and staffing to determine if any additional spots may become available.

If you’re hoping to participate, we recommend registering soon to secure your spot—we’d love to have you!

IMPORTANT CAMPGO! NOTICE

We’re feeling discouraged as we worked hard to incorporate your advice and feedback into creating our new CampGo! program, but the current registration numbers aren’t reflecting the initial excitement we heard from the community.

Due to low enrollment in CampGo!, some trips and aspects of the program are currently being reevaluated and at risk of cancellation. Registration will remain open until Tuesday, and we encourage you to sign up if you’re interested, as well as share this opportunity with families in neighboring towns.

Our goal is to make fully informed decisions that best support our families and strengthen our community.
