You CAN do hard things. It’s not supposed to be easy. Keep showing up, class after class, session after session. There are so many quick tricks and gimmicks that are sidelining your real progress. Stay the course, do your own research, and remember…real change requires you to show up!

I love holiday sales! Over the last couple of years I have found online classes I'd like to take that qualify for the continuing education I need to keep up with my certifications and then I wait until the classes are on sale at the end of the year to purchase them. This year I chose a mindfulness class for my yoga certification and a mindful eating class for my health and wellness coach certification. Both classes are extremely motivating and in depth and I know they will give me many ideas for classes in the months to come. So, here is our first yoga class theme having to do with mindfulness....awareness. Our classes will be a bit challenging mentally this week as we practice either body or breath awareness as we move through our asanas (poses). See you on your mat!

Hi! I’m Diana, owner of Central MA Bootcamp & Personal Training. I just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself to those that might be starting their fitness journey. I started my business during Covid and I’ve never looked back. My clients stick with my group fitness classes and personal training for a number of reasons. Perhaps they will chime in here!

1. You always know what you are going to get. My classes are 45 minutes, mix of strength, cardio and core exercises. They are affordable and we keep it simple yet effective.

2. I’m no nonsense. You show up, you put the work in, you get results. My classes are for ALL fitness levels. Men, Women, Teens.

3. I’m local. Classes are held M/W’s at Oakham Center School 6-6:45pm year round. Seasonally (March-end of November) M/W/F in Rutland @ Lilac Hedge Farm 5:30-6:15am. Google Meet class options.

4. Im experienced. BS in Health Science, NASM certified Personal Trainer, former corporate fitness gym manager, 22 years in the fitness profession.

In my spare time, I’m an avid sports mom (⚽️🏀🏑 🥎 🐎) to two amazing teenage girls, I enjoy hiking including the White Mountains, training & participating in endurance events, strength training, and I love to travel to the USVI’s with friends and family.

Join us! M, W, F’s @ Lilac Hedge in beautiful Rutland. 2 or 3 days a week for 8 weeks of classes. Class time is 5:30-6:15am. Perfect before work. Mat & set of dumbbells is required. $100 for 2 days a week, $150 for 3 days a week (one time fee for all 8 weeks).

Update: I finished this event! 1 out of 3 women. It was over 130 miles, Day 3 (known as hardest day) was 45 miles in one day! Picture from finish below. You can do hard things, step #1 believe in yourself and your goals.

In less than 10 days, I will be stepping off for (at the minimum) 100 miles in 4 days. This year, I’m faced with undisclosed mileage, obstacles and different challenges. Why you ask? I’m part of an insane group of truly awesome endurance athletes raising money for Why Me, Inc.

Why Me is an organization supporting pediatric cancer patients and their families. If anyone here knows me well, you know I’m getting that medal before the ER trip 🤣. Donate, pray, text, I just ask that you find some way of supporting me and this wonderful organization!!
