DO THE WORKOUTS START ON TIME? You betcha. In fact, we'll start right on time and quickly move from place to place. If you're late, you might not be able to find us, and if you need extra warm up, you should arrive early to get that done. HOW LONG WILL IT LAST? The workout itself is one hour long. At the end, we will conduct a "Circle of Trust" for introductions and announcements. This typically takes an extra 5-10 minutes. There may also be an optional 2-3 minute devotional following the COT. DO I NEED ANY EQUIPMENT? No. Most F3 workouts utilize body weight exercises and aerobic conditioning. Occasionally, some form of resistance might be introduced (cinder blocks, bricks, kettle bells, etc), but for the most part what you get out of bed with is all you need. SHOULD I BRING A YOGA MAT? WILL I GET A NICKNAME? Absolutely. You will complete your first workout as an "FNG" (Friendly New Guy) and at the end be assigned a nickname. Some are better than others, and it's best not to complain about what you get lest you be re-named. Just ask "Crotch Rocket" if you don't believe me. HOW DO I GET RID OF THIS SORENESS? First of all, if you're sore it means you did something. It's working! Advil, lots of water, and light stretching will help, but the best remedy is to keep coming back for more work.
