We have great news for the community. I have spoken with Nowata Youth Sports and we will be hosting the cheer, and sign-ups are still free at no cost to the parents and we will be supplying their football kids with a place to practice. Let’s go Ironmen country!!!! Please reach out to Jenny Banuelos for sign ups.

Referring to our post about cheer, we were approached by many parents asking if we had a cheaper option for cheer. I looked into everything, including costs for league fees through KANOK youth football for cheer, which were zero dollars, and they do nothing with cheer. Field rental from the high school was also zero dollars, but insurance cost $$$. We put our numbers together, came up with a plan, and got the insurance cost paid for. Jenny let NYS know that we found a cheaper option and were able to let the kids cheer for free, and that she was going to go that route. Then we made the Facebook post. If it’s free for the kids, why does it matter who it’s under when it’s for the kids? We can all work together as a community. Great news!!!! We are not only starting youth cheerleading this year, but we are waiving sign-up fees. Thank you to the community for stepping up to help our kids; it's greatly appreciated. We would also like to thank Jenny Banuelos for stepping up to take this on and continue Nowata youth cheerleading.
