We had an awesome and FULL week playing the last games of the regular season. 3 big wins against Tallassee, Beulah and Coosa, an awesome Senior Night celebrating our 6 Senior players and 2 managers, and we end with the announcement of the Homecoming Court for 2025...4 of these ladies are members of our team! What a week! Area tournament up next on Oct 16th. Check out these awesome student athletes.....

Congratulations to our Junior High Volleyball girls today for finishing 3rd in our annual Wadley tournament. A special shout out to our all-tournament girls Paisley Burdette and Kennedy Miller. Way to work hard girls!! The future is bright!

The girls have been working hard this summer...focusing on individual skill building and fitness. We have had a trainer, Jennifer Barber Singleton work with the girls once a week. She is working them hard with her interval training program. All of the exercises have volleyball in mind building strength, extending range of motion, increasing endurance, improving vertical leap and generally getting into shape. Thank you Mrs. Jennifer for taking the time to help the girls improve and grow!!

We had our 1st day with the trainer today...we did a 9 station interval workout.... planks, plio, squats, core strenghening, agility drillS to name a few...I was going to take video but I didn't want to share all of the moaning...these girls worked hard today. Pics do not tell the whole story. So proud of them!!!
