You could be looking at this in September but only if you apply for a tag. Colorado is 100% draw for non-residents this year for archery no matter the unit. At least on the Western Slope. Deadline to apply is April 1st.

All non residents must draw archery tags in Colorado this year. The draw opens March 1, 2025 and closes April 1, 2025. If you are a non resident and plan on hunting archery in Colorado you will need to apply in the draw. You will need to know which GMU you want to hunt.

He thinks he's hid. Through the years our winter hunters would ask me how often we saw those blue skies. I always tell them everyday except when its going to storm. Until I went East in the winter I was unaware of how lucky we are here in the country!
