MEA Camp at Summit!

Two full days to get in the room, get a lot of good reps, and wrestle with kids who want to work. We’ll drill at the standard we expect in our room, get plenty of wrestling in, and push each other throughout the day.

Come If you’re looking to get some extra mat time in over MEA, we’d love to have you in the room!

Friday we’ll focus on the feet, and Saturday we’ll work on chaining turns together on top.

Kick off to Fall Session POTLUCK!!
Wednesday September 2nd.

Fall session starts in 15 days!

We’re excited to kick off our Fall Session and keep building on all the work our kids have put in this summer.

Our Novice/Intermediate group will practice 3 days a week. This group is focused on building good fundamentals, getting a lot of reps and live wrestling, and preparing kids to eventually make the jump into our Elite room.

Our Elite group will practice 3 days a week. A lot of drilling, technique, situational wrestling and live. The goal is pretty simple — keep getting better and be ready to compete when the season comes around.

High School wrestlers will practice with our Elite group on Sundays and Wednesdays. Two days a week to get quality mat time, wrestle good partners and be ready to go when the high school season starts.

One thing I’m really proud of is the room we’ve built at Summit. We don’t always have the biggest or most packed room, but last year 52 of our 56 kids placed at State. Every coach is invested in every athlete’s success, and our kids build each other up and push each other to get better every time they step on the mat.

Fall is the time to put the work in so you’re not trying to catch up once the season starts.
