June 29th-August 12th (Mon/Wed)

🕒 Times by Age Group:
• Ages 7–9: 11:00–11:45 AM
• Ages 10–12: 12:00–12:45 PM
• Ages 13-15: 1:00–1:45 PM

• Sprint work
• Bands, tires & more outdoor strength and speed training!
