The North Royalton Bears are bringing home the hardware after a hard-fought 4-2 victory over Avon Lake in the championship game.

The Bears battled and stayed focused when it mattered most, proving that when you put in the work, great things happen.

A perfect ending to Father's Day—the boys sharing a championship moment with their dads. 💜

🐻⚾️ It's BEAR BRAWL weekend ⚾️🐻 The boys came ready to play, finishing pool play with a 2-0 record and securing the 9U #1 seed! 🔥

Bracket play starts tomorrow - NR Bears vs. Brecksville Bees at 10:00 AM on York 1.

Bears are locked in and ready to compete. 💪 One game at a time, one goal in mind. Let's get to the Championship game on Sunday! 🏆

🏆⚾️ North Royalton Bears 9U – Gold Bracket Finalists!⚾️🏆

The Bears put together an outstanding weekend at the Aurora Baseball Tournament, going 3-0 and earning a trip to the Gold Bracket Championship Game.

After bases loaded and battling until the final out, they came up just short against Aurora Greenmen, 6-3.

Over and over the Bears showed relentless grit, toughness, and heart. While the championship trophy wasn't ours this time, these boys proved they belong among the best.

Proud of the effort, resilience, and determination this team continues to show. The Bears are building something special. 💜🐻⚾️

The bats were on fire 🔥 again today, with TWO new players earning the Bears Homerun Hat in today's 27 to 4 victory against AW Jr Generals ⚾️💜

Shoutout to #6 Logan Moehring with an in the park GRANDSLAM , and #24 Landon Gergely for an in the park 2-run homer.

Bears continue their push for the tourney championship in Aurora tomorrow at 2pm!!

A huge shoutout to Doug Melitschka and Jordan Skaggs for crushing inside-the-park home runs and becoming the first players to earn the new home run Hat! 🔥

So who’s going to be the next Bear to wear the hat? 👀 Catch the Bears back in action this Saturday 5 & 7 PM for a doubleheader at York and come find out!

These boys bring energy, determination, and heart every time they step onto the field. We’re proud of the progress they’ve made and excited to watch them continue to compete and develop throughout the season.

Thank you for the early mornings, the late nights, and everything in between. From washing dirty uniforms and packing snacks, to driving to practices, games, and tournaments — you are the real MVPs behind the scenes.

Thank you for cheering the loudest, comforting after tough losses, celebrating the big wins, and always being there no matter the score.

What a weekend for the 9U North Royalton Bears! 🐻⚾️

The boys battled hard all tournament long and came away as finalists in the April Showers Indoor Tournament. Every game was a grind, and they showed heart, hustle, and teamwork from start to finish.

Win or lose, this group left it all on the field—and that’s what it’s all about. Proud of the effort, the growth, and the fight in every single player. On to the season opener on Thursday!💜💛
