You can STILL eat the foods you want and make progress, you just have to be mindful.🤗
Today I had the whole day off, so I slept in before a heavy leg day and I am one who does not like training on a full stomach 🤢
I had quick carb source before the gym and hit it. After, it was lunchtime and I was STARVING. All I wanted was tasty, quick food and Chipotle sounded delicious. We ordered online for pickup (where you can customize more) and ordered barbacoa, rice, fajita veggies, lettuce, and then sour cream and guacamole on the side so I could measure out what I could have. I took my GDA, ate the whole dang thing and felt satisfied mentally and physically. Swipe to see the breakdown of my order.
