Today was truly unforgettable 💛

We had an incredible team bonding experience at ZooSafari with CR Fitness, and moments like this remind me why I love what I do even more every single day.
Our amazing CEO, , flew into Dallas to spend time with us, even after traveling for 3 straight days to support multiple company events. That level of dedication speaks volumes. No matter how tired he may have been, he chose to show up, celebrate us, and make us feel valued. And that means everything.
This is the kind of leadership that makes you feel proud of where you work. It reminds me how important we are as a team and how much we are appreciated.
I feel incredibly blessed to be part of this company and beyond grateful for the opportunities it continues to give me.

Spring District Group Fitness Training 🌸💪

Today was an amazing day bringing our instructors together for our Quarterly District Group Fitness Training. These trainings are so important for us to grow, learn new formats, share ideas, and continue building a strong community across our clubs.

I am so proud of every instructor who showed up ready to learn, sweat, and support each other. Seeing everyone connect and improve their skills is exactly why we do this every quarter.

🇺🇸 13 Years Ago

Thirteen years ago, I stood in this room holding my certificate and a small flag, knowing my life had officially changed. I did this for my husband, who lived here, and for the life we wanted to build together. It wasn’t an easy road , it took patience, sacrifice, and a lot of courage to start over in a new country, build a career, and create a life from the ground up.

This moment marked more than just a ceremony. It represented years of effort, learning, adapting, and finding my place in a country that eventually became home.

Even after all these years, I still miss my country , the people, the culture, the memories , but I also love my life here and everything I’ve accomplished. I’m proud of how far I’ve come and of the person I’ve become through it all.

Sometimes we feel like we’re getting thicc in all the wrong places… but then we catch a glimpse in the mirror and realize—we’re just strong, confident, and kinda obsessed with the balance we’re building.

Yeah, I felt bloated today. Yeah, I almost didn’t take this pic.
But guess what? That outfit fit real good.
That strength? Earned.
That smile? Genuine.
That b***y? HIIT-approved!

I'm excited to announce that I'll be running a 50 miles this November in honor of friends who lost their battle to mental illness and for those who fight silent battles every day. This run also celebrates my personal journey of taking charge of my mental health four years ago. Mental health is a crucial part of our wellbeing, and I want to use this opportunity to raise awareness and show support. Remember, you are never alone! The day I decided to change my career from engineering to fitness was one of the best decisions of my life. This switch has transformed my life forever. Helping people make positive changes in their lives and being a leader in this journey is truly a blessing. Every day, I continue to learn and grow, and the experience is nothing short of amazing.

I started working out at Crunch Fitness less than a year ago, and I absolutely love going to work every day. I have the most supportive bosses ever, and my partner in crime is simply the bomb. My coworkers and fellow instructors are incredible, and our members—well, they have my heart! ❤️

In March, I was nominated for the Top Group Fitness Manager award, and just yesterday, I was thrilled to be nominated as the Most Valuable Person for August. 🎉 I can't wait to see what else I accomplish this year. The journey has just begun, and I am so excited for what the future holds! 🌟

Switching careers wasn't easy, but it has been the most rewarding experience I could have ever imagined. Being part of this amazing community at Crunch Fitness makes every challenge worth it, and I look forward to continuing to grow and help others. 💪 Here's to many more milestones and achievements ahead! 🚀
