What a great day! You guys to continue to impress and inspire me with your individual efforts and battles you fought out on the course today. We earned 14 medals, 2nd place finishes for the JV teams, and FIRST PLACE for both varsity teams! You guys are freaking amazing!

Here are some things to know about tryouts on Monday July 28th:
-Check in is from 6:45-7am. Be ready to warm up at 7am.

-Anyone can join the cross country team, but in order to compete in invites and meets, runners must be able to run the 3 mile course without walking in under 35 minutes. We will give them multiple opportunities to accomplish this before the first meet.
-Runners need to be on registermyathlete. That is the list I will use for tryout check in.

Moratorium is June 30th -July 6th, so no high school team practice on those dates. However we will still be holding Middle School Cross Country practices on Monday and Wednesday at our regular time.
