I was on such a roll working out last year until I hurt my right arm in Dec...then the gyms closed down so I’ve been eating and not exercising.
I think I may have finally got out of my Winter Blues Funk...Gym has been open for a few weeks yet I haven’t wanted to go. Happy to say I’ve been there 5 out of 10 days on my days off, along with walking around the lake. 7 miles today🙌🏼 I have my gym bag packed for a workout in the am before work👊🏼

After a 3 week hiatus with my workouts... which lead to unhealthy eating, I told Kevin please drag me OOB Sunday morning...

After a 3 week hiatus with my workouts... which lead to unhealthy eating, I told Kevin please drag me OOB Sunday morning to go to the gym with him. Which he did and it felt good to get the blood pumping.
Monday Plan-keep the momentum going but then a little scare in the area where they had schools on lockdown (my kids hybrid days off) so slower start to my gym trip but I went. P*P appt and labs were a little abnormal compared to last year...I blame COVID-19! So I decided to really kick myself out of this funk I’ve been feeling and I went out this afternoon and did cardio and walked/run 7.5 miles. Seriously, I felt so energetic afterwards and can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings👊🏼😎

Hello 👋 everyone! It’s been a while since I posted on my fitness page. Yes I’m still a Beachbody Coach, just for the discount in products😉 Here’s my journey past 10 months:
I didn’t diet. I tried to eat healthy and clean most of the time. I love my sweets & alcohol and refuse to exclude them out of my diet. I love the energy I get when I workout. In the spring I was training for the Pittsburgh Half Marathon. This summer with the kids I did my Beachbody workouts on my days off. The last month my husband pushed me to join his gym, and I never imagined I would enjoy that kind of atmosphere to stay fit but I look forward going to the gym on my days offs; in which it pushes me to eat healthier. I love the energy it gives me to do things with my my active children. Since Jan of this year until today I lost 13 pounds & 11 inches overall.
Olivia took the photos today and pointed out the heart ❤️ on my upper back❣️Do you love your body enough to work for it?

Okay, I’m ready to share my January photos before my 3-Day Refresh & my journey of training for the Pittsburgh Half Marathon. 2nd photo is from today...I had enough guts to take photos. I’m so glad I did because how you think you feel is so much more than how you really look!
Take measurements!!
Take before photos!!
As hard it is for you to see yourself in the moment, you’ll thank yourself in 30 days when you re-measure & re-take photos....that comparison will give you all the motivation you’ll need!
Remember, it’s just for your eyes only....unless your like me and want to motivate others than you share your progress😊
