Join us for an easygoing social ride from West Hollywood through the rolling hills of Bel Air and Westwood, out to the Pacific Palisades. From there, we’ll cruise along the ocean and make our way straight back to West Hollywood. Expect some rolling terrain, beautiful views, easy miles, and plenty of time to ride, chat, and enjoy the morning together.

This is an easy, all-levels, no-drop social ride. We’ll keep a comfortable group pace and regroup as needed so no one gets left behind. Never Alone, Never Again.

Please arrive by 7:30 AM so we can roll out promptly at 8:00 AM.

Join the Trudging Buddies as we roll out from Michael DiGregorio’s home in Northridge for a challenging, scenic adventure through the Santa Susana Mountains. We’ll kick things off with the climb up Oat Mountain before continuing onto rolling roads, sweeping views, and rewarding descents.

This is an advanced ride with plenty of climbing, but the Trudging Buddies spirit stays exactly the same: Never Alone, Never Again. This is a no-drop ride designed to give riders the opportunity to challenge themselves in a supportive group.

Michael has invited everyone back to his house after the ride for swimming, snacks, and fellowship. Don’t forget your bathing suit!

Please arrive by 7:30 AM so we can roll out promptly at 8:00 AM.

We’re hiking Sunday 7/19, and you’re invited.

Join us for a scenic 🌳 Wisdom Tree Hike in Griffith Park. We’ll head from the Bronson Caves up to the Wisdom Tree. Great views, good conversation, and a steady no-drop pace. All are welcome.

Join the Trudging Buddies for a fun, social cruise from West Hollywood to the beach via one of LA’s favorite cycling corridors: Bundy Drive.

We’ll roll out from West Hollywood, make our way west through the city, enjoy the gentle climb up Bundy before the rewarding descent to the Pacific, soak in some ocean views, and cruise back together. Expect a relaxed pace, plenty of regroup points, and supportive teammates every step (and pedal stroke) of the way.

This is a no-drop ride designed to be approachable for riders of all levels. We’ll regroup throughout the ride so no one gets left behind.

Please arrive by 8:00 AM so we can get everyone checked in, go over any ride details, and roll out promptly at 8:30 AM.

Summer's just getting started — join Trudging Buddies next Saturday for our annual Sober Splash! ☀️
It's a low-key afternoon done right: cold drinks, food off the grill, beats from our TB DJ, sunshine, and a refreshing pool full of laughter and good company. Meet new friends, catch up with old buddies, and get the inside scoop on everything happening at Trudging Buddies right now — there's a lot in motion, and we want you in on it.
